Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to cancel or return

Email us at info@obeachdrinks.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Then send the cans, within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel, to:

Condition of returned items

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of cans that are unopened and still sealed. Opened cans can't be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the cans back or proof that you've sent them. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If a can is damaged or leaking, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any return costs. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel your order before it's dispatched by emailing us. We'll refund you in full.
